Race Walking Information (updated March 7, 2010)

A group of people have put together the following video/animation.   It is based on the book.   Right above the animation

is a pull down menu tc. that goes into detail on the race walk technique.

Currently the book and accompanying curriculum teaching racewalking to ll Elementary School children is being used
