Directions to Willamette University…McCulloch Stadium…Salem, OR:   
From the I-5 Freeway, take exit #253(N. Santiam  Hwy 22) west to 12th Street.  At 12th Street, continue ahead for approximately ¼ mile to McCulloch Stadium which is located on the left.   Please do not park in the Hospital parking lot.  (cars towed). 

Individuals: Only U.S. citizens, aliens living in the United States and foreign exchange students are eligible to compete in these Championships.  Out of State Athletes Welcome, but may not displace Oregon Athletes for State Association Championships Awards)      See the USATF Rules for more information and exceptions.  A competitor must compete in his/her age division only.          All athletes must be 2008 members of USATF in good standing. 

                                                                

* Pre-Registration Required:
Early Entry forms must be received by 6:00pm, Tuesday, June 17, 2008

* Late Entry & Day of Meet Registration (Deadline is 1 hr prior to event start) requires $10 Late Fee + Entry Fees.     All entries must be made using the official entry form.  Proof of Age (copy of birth certificate, passport, certified baptismal record, driver’s license, U.S. government identification or ‘age verified’ USATF Membership card) is required and must be submitted with each entry form.  


 
IMPLEMENT WEIGH-IN: Check-in time is (1 hr prior to competition) at the Registration Desk.   Athletes must provide their own implements.     Implement check-in must be no later than 1 hour prior to the Competition. COMPETITION START TIMES:   Combined Event athletes compete on Thursday & Friday…June 19-20.   Check the Oregon webpage for event start.      Weight Throw competitors start at 9:30am on Friday, June 20th.

 COMPETITION BIB NUMBERS: All competitors must wear their assigned bib numbers during competition and on the front on their jerseys only.  If an athlete loses their bib number, a replacement can be purchased for a fee of $5.00.  Bib numbers will be distributed to athletes at Packet Pickup at the Registration Check-in area.  

EVENT RESULTS: During competition, event results will be posted (under the main Grandstand).  In addition, event results will be posted at www.usatf-oregon.org  THE SAME DAY OF COMPETITION. 

AWARDS: USATF medals will be awarded to the top three individuals in each event of each age division 

PROTESTS: There will be a $50.00 fee for all protests.  Protests must be submitted to the Protest Referee not later than 30 minutes after a result has been announced or posted.  The protest fee will be refunded if the protest is upheld.
