Information & Applications for USATF Clubs

Please note: The requirements for filing for a club differ depending on whether or not coaches or volunteers will have have access to or contact with youth athletes under the age of 18.  Please read below to see which form it is you need to fill out.  (Updated January 27, 2010)

• 2010 YOUTH Coach/Volunteer Registration Form Please note: Your club is required to have any coach or volunteer who has access to or contact with youth athletes (under the age of 18) during scheduled club practices or activities to submit a USATF Coach/Volunteer Application. Please note: all Youth Coaches/Volunteers MUST submit and pass a Criminal Background check to be eligible to participate in the Oregon Association of USA Track & Field's youth program.
